Exhibitor Guidelines

Exhibitors add a wonderful element to Art in the Alley. When trying to determine whether or not to participate as an exhibitor please keep the following guidelines in mind:

 

  • Set up time can start at 3:30 pm. Exhibitors are responsible for set up and tear down of their space. Electricity not included (area is lighted). No display items are provided - bring your own table and chair. Many exhibitors participate in this event. Space is limited and should be shared with other exhibitors courteously. Space should not exceed 5’ deep by 10’ wide. Exhibitors must sit beside or behind their table within the 5’x10’ space. Space fee = $10 per event.
  • Exhibitors should be contributing to the artistic environment. Goods or services sold should be artistic in nature and/or enhance the arts in our community. No commercial items allowed.
  • Exhibitors have full responsibility for the goods that are displayed. “Art in the Alley” and Casa Grande Main Street are not responsible for thefts, damage, or loss of goods.
  • It is advised that exhibitors remain set up until at least 8pm. Late set up or early tear down is distracting and disruptive to the event.
  • Exhibitors selling food items are separate from artistic exhibitors and need to make arrangements with the Main Street Office prior to attending an event.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. State Tax ID number is required to sell at Art In The Alley. Call State of Arizona – 1-800-829-3676 or aztax.gov for information..
